We are looking to recruit a Grants and Projects Officer to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave commencing in January 2014. This key full-time post provides financial administrative support to academic staff applying for and working on research projects, and to administrators in the School.
The School of Interdisciplinary Area Studies, the School of Anthropology and Museum Ethnography, and St Anne’s College seek applications for full time, fixed term Departmental Lectureship in African Anthropology. This post is only open to applicants already employed by the university.

It is with great sadness that I have to announce the death of Sir Raymond Carr, our much respected and admired second Warden (1968 – 1987), and an Honorary Fellow of this College.
CSASP students are currently gearing up for a visit to to the Institute of International Relations, University of Warsaw, from May 12th to 15th. This is the return portion of an exchange plan between the two departments which saw IIR students and staff visit Area Studies in March this year.
