Centre Administrator for both CSASP (the Contemporary South Asia Studies Programme) and MES (Middle East Studies)
Hello, I'm the administrator of the above two programmes so, if you've got any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I formerly worked at the Latin American Centre (also part of SIAS) and, before that, at The Royal Academy of Music in London as well as the Oxford School of Drama. Deep in the mists of time I was an EFL teacher in Poland and Jordan, working for various institutions including the British Council.

School Finance Officer
I am currently on maternity leave. For all financial queries please contact the Finance team on email@example.com. I joined SIAS at the end of 2015 after spending four years as part of the Ashmolean’s Finance Team. My role provides support to the Finance Manager and colleagues throughout the school to understand Unit costs and financial policy implications.
Finance and Safety Officer
I joined the School of Interdisciplinary Area Studies in March 2016. I am responsible for assisting with day-to-day matters the Finance Office (such as invoices and expense claims), building matters in 11-12 Bevington, and act as the Departmental Safety Officer. Prior to joining University of Oxford, I worked for University College of Estate Management and further education colleges.
Divisional Finance Officer - Social Sciences
I joined Oxford University in March 2015 as a Divisional Finance Manager. I provide part time support with its budgeting, forecasting, management reporting; financial planning and analysis and the delivery of ad hoc finance projects. Prior to this I have spent the majority of my career working in Finance in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Research Grants Officer
I joined SIAS in November 2016 to cover the maternity leave of Laura Unwin. I provide pre-award support (call identification, eligibility check, application process, budget preparation) to academic staff interested in applying for internal and external research funds; administrative support for the School Director of Research and service the Research and Ethics committee and the CUREC process within the School. I’m part-time and my working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
