Yotam Gidron (MSc class of 2016-2017) has published a version of his excellent dissertation (supervised by Sebabatso Manoeli) in the Journal of Eastern African Studies. Yotam is now on a DPhil programme in Durham University.
LAC faculty and students turned out in great numbers to the International Congress of the Latin American Studies Association in Barcelona (23-26 May 2018). This was the first LASA held in Europe and the largest meeting ever, with nearly 8000 participants.
