Bill Emmott is an independent writer and consultant best known for his time as Editor in Chief of The Economist (1993-2006) and his books on Japan, which began with the bestselling The Sun Also Sets in 1989.
Professor Stephen Jones received his PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1984. He has taught at the universities of California, London, and Oxford. He was a Research Fellow at Harvard University and a Senior Associate Member at St Anthony’s College, Oxford.
